We really loved the inviting atmosphere at this hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive with fresh pastries and flavored water. Plus, the cozy living room area was perfect for unwinding after long days exploring the city, especially with our two kids. A highlight was enjoying snacks there together.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically for families.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel is in a perfect spot and made visiting Artis zoo and the vibrant canals super easy. Loved the complimentary hot drinks and the cozy common areas. Great service, and breakfast was a nice bonus!
The bathroom in our room was a bit cramped. The flimsy doors didn’t provide much privacy and the shower flooded the floor. It was a hassle, but not enough to ruin our stay.

Inadequate air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot!!! Noise disturbances from street music were quite bothersome!!! Limited space in the room made moving around a challenge!!!
